Critical to our success is our in-house tooling and tooling design department. All our tooling is designed to be ready for manufacture. Complex and efficient tooling designs eliminate unwanted component parts, reduce time and issues in production and assembly, and ultimately reduce risk and product, allowing our clients to be more competitive in an ever changing and competitive world.
Our extensive injection moulding machines range from 20 to 350 tonnes, using a range of plastic material.
Suitable for low/high volume production, we can specify and advise on tooling grade material or multi-cavity tooling depending on your requirements.
Our sourcing department can also help and advise our clients look after the environment by manufacturing with recyclable parts or products where possible.

Our Laser Cutting machines offer precision level quality cutting on steel and aluminium sheets up to 8mm thick. Some of the benefits are;
