At Roma, we manage the quality control process from design to finished product. Manufacturing in China is about controlling quality throughout the entire design, tooling and manufacturing processes. Roma are experienced in the quality management systems to ensure you’re products are delivered on time and to specification. All of our facilities are ISO9002:2000 certified and follow our proven quality guidelines to reduce delays and potential issues.

 

Development & Production Quality Management

Our production process follows the BS6001 standards (equivalent to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003) for quality management and product conformity. We also manage and plan acceptable quality level (AQL), which includes the following;

 

• Issue pre-production samples prior to volume manufacture. These sign-off samples are used for product conformity test during volume production.

• Product Data measurement reports.

• Raw Material & Tolerance reports

• Product durability and functional testing

• Packaging & carton testing

• Perform IPC (Initial Production Check), DUPRO (During Production Check) & FRI (Final Random Inspection) to BS6001 or equivalent sampling plans.

• Issue non-conformity and corrective measure reports.

• Third party pre-shipment

• Create quality control plans in collaboration with out clients, which once approved is translated to our Chinese facilities and QC teams.
